Demonstration

The following demonstration of Accliptic Support is a standard install of the software. We have pre-loaded the database with a large amount of 'dummy' data, in order to more closely approximate a real, working example of the software in use.

This demo features:

• 10,000 user accounts.
• 10 CSR user accounts.
• 1 Admin user account.
• 5 support queues: Billing, Customer Support, Sales, Public Relations, and Business Development.
• 60 open inquiries, spread amongst the different queues.
• 35,040 closed inquiries (approximating a moderately used support system install - equivalent to 1 inquiry every 15 minutes, 24 hours per day, for 1 year).
• 50 knowledge articles, each with 0 to 10 posted comments.
• 50 notices.

Note that the demo contents may differ slightly if others have been evaluating the software and making changes (the database is periodically reset). Also, this demonstration site is running on a shared hosting server, along with many other sites. Performance may differ somewhat from your own install depending on the configuration and load of your server.
